Earth Class Mail provides two basic services relating to online postal mail: one is the Earth Class Mail™ online application, and the other is the back-end mail and document handling.
Some larger businesses choose to handle their own mail, via their employees or an outsourced mailroom services company. They obviously pay nothing to Earth Class Mail for mail handling, and simply license the Earth Class Mail software as a service (SaaS).
Most medium-sized businesses, however, want Earth Class Mail to handle mail processing for all or portions of their discretionary employee mail or automatic rules process mail qualify for special pricing.
